Hello from Pitchfork & Crow ~
We’re ready for another day at the Salem Saturday Market tomorrow! Here’s a selection of what we’ll be bringing to market:
- Arugula
- Bok Choy
- Leeks
- Parsley
- Radishes (this is the week for radishes!)
- Salad Mix
- Spinach
We’re headed back to Market tomorrow with another supply of spring greens. We can’t thank you enough for last week’s fantastic reception. We were basically sold out by 12:30pm! This week we’re rollin’ in the radishes and once again we’re bringing a solid supply of salad mix, arugula, and spinach too. Hopefully the goods will last a little longer this week, but we suggest coming early for the best selection. It was fun seeing so many familiar faces last week. And we’re appreciative of everyone understanding the trials of having such a cold, wet spring. We were lucky to have a few dry days this week, bringing us another step closer to bringing you a greater variety of vegetables!
