We’re gearing up for the South Salem Farmer’s Market tomorrow!  We’ll be harvesting from the acre this evening for fresh veggies tomorrow.  Here’s a selection of what we’ll be bringing to the Market:

• Bunching Onions   (new this week, limited supply)
• Chard
• Collards
• Kale
• Lettuce
• Peas   (still a limited supply)
• Salad Mix

It’s still early in the season for us, so we’ll have lots of greens again this week.  Keep an eye out for a more diverse selection as the season continues!
