Hello from Pitchfork & Crow ~
Hey, we’re headed to the Salem Saturday Market tomorrow! Here’s a selection of what we’ll be bringing to market:
- Pie Apples
- Summer Squash
Believe it or not, we’re headed back to Market tomorrow and we’ll be bringing a plethora of late-summer veggies! Although we had a tough spring, which in turn became a tough summer, we’re ready to return to Market, for this weekend at least, and hope you’ll stop by and say hi. The warm weather the past couple of weeks has really helped the vegetables in the field to gain some size. Just when I’d given up on summer heat and resigned myself to fall weather, we were surprised with the first 90 degree days of the year. Go figure. It just goes to show how unpredictable this farming business can be. Come on down to the Market tomorrow, and enjoy what we’ve got left of summer!
