Here are the 4 Steps to Signing-up for the Pitchfork & Crow Summer CSA:

Step 1: Review the Summer CSA season details on the Summer CSA page.

Step 2: Fill out and submit the form below.

Step 3: Receive an emailed invoice from Pitchfork & Crow within 48 hours.

Step 4: Pay first payment by mailing us a check, having your bank mail us a check, or paying online here: https://pitchforkandcrow.com/csa-payments/.

Note: Let us know if you have any trouble submitting this form by emailing us at farmers@pitchforkandcrow.com and we’ll make sure you get signed-up for the CSA. Thanks!
